Morning Groove - Water Aerobics
Instructor: Janice Knobbe
Duration: 10 Week Session (Mondays & Thursdays)
Class Fee: $60 of $5 daily
Information: Work out in the water and don't even get your hair wet. Increase flexibility, range of motion, and strengthening of muscles by using water as resistance. Will also improvve the cardiovascular system. Anyone experiencing soreness or stiffness should give this program a try. Splash into the "new wave" of exercise and enjoying meeting others with similar interests.
