Opportunity Living Receives $10,000 Grant for Pool Lift

Lake City, Iowa – April 1, 2025– Opportunity Living is thrilled to announce the award of a generous $10,000 grant to fund the installation of a new pool lift in our all-inclusive indoor therapeutic pool. This vital addition will ensure improved accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges allowing them to fully participate in the therapeutic and recreational benefits of aquatic activities.

Opportunity Living’s indoor therapeutic pool serves a diverse group of individuals, offering programs designed for rehabilitation, fitness, and social engagement. The grant, provided by The Calhoun County Community Foundation, will allow for the installation of a state-of-the-art pool lift, ensuring that everyone—regardless of physical ability—can safely enter and enjoy the pool.
