The COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate has been upheld in the United States Supreme Court which requires Opportunity Living to comply. All new employees must be fully vaccinated by March 15, 2022 or have an approved medical or religious exemption on file. Medical and religious exemptions are evaluated by a designated committee for consideration of approval upon receipt by the Human Resources Department. Medical exemptions require a physician’s approval.
